The name TAOASIS is a synthesis of the Chinese TAO and the Arabic OASIS and means freely translated “living in harmony with nature”. That has been our motivation and goal since the foundation in 1991.

This is us
We are an owner-managed family business from Lage. For more than 30 years, we stand as a natural fragrance manufactory for 100% natural and high quality essential oils from certified organic or Demeter cultivation. Nothing goes into our products that does not belong there. That means: no animal ingredients, no undeclared admixtures, no synthetic additives. And because we don’t just mind our own business, all TAOASIS products are consistently produced in a sustainable, fair and environmentally friendly way. Because we love our environment and people and animals – and we love scents.

Nature as a model
The raw materials are fragrant plants whose history is filled with centuries of tradition. Only with years of experience, care and knowledge about the individual plants, essential oils of the highest quality can be obtained. In order to preserve the full natural spectrum of active ingredients, only the best and 100% natural essential oils are selected for TAOASIS. The quality of our oils begins with the selection of the cultivation partner. In the company’s own laboratory, the purity and quality of our oils is continuously checked.
